Do not assume coating alone will resolve a leak. The cause, damaged materials and necessary repairs should be addressed as part of the roof review.

Can every roof be restored instead of replaced?

No. A roof with unsuitable materials, significant moisture or deterioration may need a different approach. Ask for a recommendation based on the actual condition of your roof.
